Laura London
I love collaborating and building community to tackle important things. I describe my career as a combination of luck and love for making workplaces better by prioritizing people. Decades of experience working with leading companies and learning at top institutions taught me that strategic leadership is only sustainable when leaders model it, teams share it, and systems reinforce it. My fascination with what makes good leaders great led me to pursue advanced degrees in Management, Change Leadership, and Education and certifications in Executive Coaching and Forest Therapy. I love helping leaders, teams, and companies reset and rejuvenate with nature and love, especially at our magical nature retreat.
In 2024 I launched Calocedrus and our retreat property in Northern California, one hour north of my home where I live with my husband and two children. We love living the mountain life, skiing and sitting by the fire in the winter, and hiking, biking, sailing and camping when warmer. Finding the property of our dreams to build a nature retreat was like a shared dream coming to life, a beautiful gift that we are grateful for.
In 2025 I immersed myself in research about AI, leadership, and the future of work. One insight became clear: great leaders will transform through the most powerful human quality: love. Leading with love is a science-backed way to boost both performance and human potential. From this realization, the Reset and Big Love Leadership were born.
My purpose is simple: help high-achievers rise up and rewire for sustainable results with love.

Calocedrus is the scientific name for the incense-cedar tree that flourishes at Cedar Camp & Sanctuary, our private property. It is an important tree dating back to indigenous tribes whose distinct aroma from the wood is believed to dispel negative energies, cleanse spaces, and shield individuals.
Calocedrus are also known to provide high levels of phytoncides that boost the human immune system, reduce stress, and improve mood and sleep. As a plant that has ensured the survival of people for thousands of years, it’s a powerful symbol of wisdom, connectedness, and revitalization.
